Description
Required skill set:
• PC and laptop setup, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of Internet/WAN connectivity, including Switching, Routing, and Firewalling (Note: non-Cisco shop.)
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Exchange and Remote Desktop Services.
• Must be able to take instructions and ask questions where needed.
Preferred skill set:
• Kaseya, Kaspersky and Windows Server experience a plus.
• A+, NET+, MCP or similar certificates.
