Complete care and respect for our patients. Serving Fayette county and the surrounding area, Complete Chiropractic Center PC is located in Fayetteville, GA. We offer the newest care for back pain, headache, peripheral neuropathy symptoms, bugling and herniated disks, insomnia , massage and acupuncture.
At Complete Chiropractic Center, we are highly trained in many different techniques. We typically use a mixture of manual and instrument adjusting. We have found that many patients respond quickly to this gentle, yet effective treatment process.
Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression
Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression is a gentle way to relieve the pain caused by herniated or bulging discs in the neck or the low back. It works by creating a negative pressure in the disc helping to draw fluid back into the disc, allowing the bulge or herniation to move away from the nerve which decreases pain.
As we said before, this treatment is very gentle. You will be laying comfortably on the table while the tension is specifically set for your specific problem area. The treatment goes in a cycle of decompression and relaxation to help re-hydrate the disc. Most patients do feel some relief after the first visit, however, we recommend a series of treatments to ensure this problem will not return.
Neuropathy Symptom Care
Neuropathy is a process that occurs when nerves are damaged and lead to abnormal sensation and/or transmission of signals to and from the brain. Neuropathy is common in many conditions. While the symptoms are very different, people often complain of numbness, tingling, burning, and over all sensitivity in the area of feet, legs, and hands.
Our neuropathy care focuses on bringing nutrients to the damaged nerves by helping to improve the blood flow to the nerves using mixed infrared light therapy. We also want to “exercise” the damaged nerves. To do this, we use vibration therapy, as well as some home exercises to help decrease the symptoms you feel.
When talking about good health, most doctors advise their patients to get a good night sleep. For some patients, that is the hardest part of their doctor’s advice. When we sleep, our body has time to repair itself. If we aren’t sleeping, our body doesn’t get the repair it needs, which can lead to many different health problems. To help combat this problem, we have developed a protocol that involves chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, and lifestyle modifications.
Massage therapy helps you maintain good health and achieve a balanced lifestyle by relaxing, re-aligning and rejuvenating your body and mind. There are many positive aspects to receiving massage therapy on an ongoing basis such as improving circulation by bringing oxygen and other nutrients to body tissues. It relieves muscle tension and pain, increases flexibility and mobility, and helps clear metabolic wastes, which reduces pain and stiffness in muscles and joints. The lasting effects of massage can range from promoting relaxed states of mental alertness to enhancing your chiropractic adjustment.
At Complete Chiropractic our massage therapist specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy, Integrated Sports Therapy and Swedish massage. Most massages provided by our therapist are an integration of the three, dependent upon your specific needs and desires.
Acupuncture is a form of therapy developed from traditional and modern Oriental concepts for health care that employs Oriental medicine techniques, treatment, and adjunctive therapies for the promotion, maintenance and restoration of health and the prevention of disease. It is a mode of therapy which consists of several different modalities for adjusting the balance of energies in the body. A treatment may consist of the insertion of needles into precise location in the body, the application of heat (moxabustion) to acupuncture points, stimulation of precise acupuncture points with electrical current, or pressure applied to specific anatomical structures, as well as the use of herbal supplements.
